Mission Statement
The mission of Hair Mechanix and Shear Elegance Upscale Hairstyling is to provide on location professional hairstyling and Make-Up application services. Assist the client in choosing a style suitable for her and the occasion and finally, designing that creation. It is our belief that on a special occasion, like a wedding, the bride should be catered to. This reduces stress and sets the stage for a momentous occasion.

Make-Up Application*
A tremendous amount of skill and artistry is also required to apply cosmetics. Preparing the skin with oil free moisturizer, priming, concealing and proper shade selection. Additionally, morning affairs require less make-up, while evenings, more dramatic.
I.D. Bare Minerals is primarily used as a foundation for the more budget conscience client however at a higher cost, airbrushing is available upon request. A consultation is recommended depending on the facial conditions e.g., scars, blemishes, etc. and must be considered.
Natural shades of shadows and highlighters are available for the subtle look, and for the more dramatic daring trends, bold colors are available for your consideration.*
* For insurance purposes, it is highly recommended that if you suffer from any allergies, you bring your own cosmetics. Additionally, it is recommended that you bring your own mascara and bring your choice of lip color and bring that as well because you will likely need to re-apply.
